Working with EfD is both structured and flexible. We have our standard process which enables us to best understand your vision and put a plan into action. Yet we are flexible enough to meet you where you are, working to the pace and level that is best for you.
Initial Meeting

We will meet either virtually or in person and I will hear all about you, your message and your vision. It is important that you feel I understand what you are trying to accomplish and that we both feel we can have a strong working relationship.
Phase Delivery
Phase Delivery
Collaboration and communication are paramount during the delivery stage. We will work together to complete the project in a way that lines up with your vision. Payments are made at the completion of each agreed phase.
Project Proposal
Project Proposal
This will encompass the full scope of work, including a detailed breakdown of the elements discussed in our initial meeting. If applicable, there will be visual examples available to help illustrate what the completed project looks like.
Final Review
Final Review
The opportunity to review and tweak all elements of the project.
Agreement
Agreement
We agree a fee, terms and a timeline for the project phases. At this point an initial payment is made and an outline of the first phase of the project is created.
Completion
Completion
Files are sent, websites are activated, videos are hosted and we celebrate your next steps. Any final payments are settled.
